Comments:
1) Submit the completed commercial offer according to the attached form (MANDATORY FORM FOR FILLING TABES:Appendix 1 and Appendix 2)
2) All the prices in the proposal must include all taxes and other mandatory payments, the cost of all associated services, as well as any discounts offered by the supplier.
3) This procedure is not a notice of holding a competition (public competition) or a public offer and is not regulated by Art. 447 — 449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Art. 1057 — 1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer, and the Organizer reserves the right to refuse all the proposals received for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, incurring no liability before the participants.
4) If the supplier takes part in the auction, then he agrees in the event of its winner to conclude a contract for rendering services in the standard form of LLC "Jurals Capital" without a protocol disagreements and deliver on the terms specified in the procurement announcement.$
5) The contract is concluded with LLC "Chernogoravtotrans"", which is part of GC "Jurals Capital"
