Payment terms:
the final payment for the Services rendered is made by the Customer with a delay of at least 30 and no more than 60 calendar days from the date of signing by the Customer of the act of acceptance of the services rendered signed and sent by the Contractor (Appendix No. 2) by transferring funds to the Contractor's current account or by other means that do not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation.
In case of conclusion of an Agreement with the SMSP, clause 3.1. is stated in the following wording:
the final payment is made within 7 (seven) working days from the date of signing by the Parties of the act of acceptance of the services rendered, subject to the submission by the Contractor of the following documents:
a) the act of acceptance of the services rendered, signed by the Parties;
b) invoices,
