Car repair and maintenance services are provided at the Contractor’s service center in Ulyanovsk, using its own equipment, consumables, and spare parts recommended for use by the manufacturer.
Comments: 1. This competitive procedure for the preliminary selection of the Supplier is sent in accordance with the Tender Rules of the Tender Organizer as part of the procedure for requesting commercial offers, which (like the ongoing preliminary selection of the Supplier) is not an offer, auction or tender and its conduct is not regulated by Art. 447-449 part 1 and 1057-1061 part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose on the Organizer an appropriate amount of civil legal obligations and reserves the right to refuse all proposals received for any reason or to terminate the selection process at any time without explanation, without bearing any responsibility to the Participants.
2. The tender organizer reserves the right to choose several winners, sharing the supply of the specified quantity of goods at its discretion and without explanation of reasons between several potential suppliers participating in the competitive procedure.
3. Applicants must, without fail, download:
- A commercial proposal indicating the data specified in the invitation.
- documents according to the list specified in the invitation.
Half KP or incomplete KP on a tender are not accepted.
4. After bidding, the bid price of the Bidder becomes fixed and cannot be increased.
5. The Organizer / documentation that does not correspond to the specified data in the invitation, the Organizer has the right to reject without explanation and to recognize this documentation, and, accordingly, the Applicant, does not meet the requirements of this competitive procedure.
6. The winner (s) of the tender is approved by the chairman of the tender committee, according to the results of all aggregate factors (price, deferred payment, presence / absence of advance payment, guarantee, standard conditions of Rusagro)
