Participation of small and medium businesses
Organizer has initiated the bidding only for small and medium businesses to participate. Verification of compliance with the criteria for being qualified as small and medium businesses is to be performed by the organizer.

Payment terms:Services paid by money transfer to the bank account specified by the performer or, in the absence of such guidance is on account of the executor, specified in section 10 of the agreement. The date of payment is the date of the receipt of funds on the current account of the executor. The reference to the payee account number is required.
If in the annexes to the Treaty provides otherwise, the basic services are paid by the customer once per calendar month in the following order:
For payments by the customer presents Artist. Artist must ensure that account to the customer not later than 5 (fifth) day of the current month. The customer is obliged to pay the invoice no later than the 15 (Fifteenth) day of the same month.
Additional fees are to be paid by the customer on the basis of a separate account within 20 (twenty) working days from the date of its presentation.
Not later than the fifth day of the month following the month in which the Services were provided, the contractor must provide the customer a delivery-receipt services (2 copies) and invoice (1 copy). The customer is obliged to sign the acts of putting-acceptance services and immediately transmit a copy to the Executive.
