Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:
The payment for the Services rendered is made with a delay of at least 60 (sixty) and not more than 90 (ninety) calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the act of delivery and acceptance of the services rendered, subject to the submission by the Contractor of the following documents:
a) invoices;
b) the act of delivery and acceptance of the services rendered/A Universal transfer document (UPD) signed by the Parties;
by transferring funds to the Contractor's current account or by other means that do not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation.
In case of conclusion of an Agreement with the SMSP:
the payment for the rendered Services is made within 7 working days from the date of signing by the Customer of the act of delivery and acceptance of the rendered Services/ UPD signed and sent by the Contractor on the basis of the invoice issued by the Contractor, by transferring funds to the Contractor's current account or by other agreed parties that do not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation, including by transferring promissory notes, etc.
