| Payment terms: | Payment for the services rendered is made upon their provision on the basis of the acceptance certificate for the services rendered and the invoice within:
a) 30 calendar days from the date of signing documents confirming the fact of work (provision of services) for contracts:
- with a contract price of up to 5 million rubles. with VAT (inclusive);
b) 15 working days from the date of signing documents confirming the fact of work (provision of services), for contracts:
- with SMEs.
c) 45 calendar days from the date of signing the documents confirming the fact of the work (rendering of services) by the contractor, and the provision by the contractor of the documents stipulated by the contract for contracts for the provision of services with a contract price of more than 5 million rubles. VAT included. |
