Before the end of the Competitive bidding process for the lot on Mechel's B2B electronic trading platform, applicants participating in the Competitive bidding Process are required to submit to the person responsible for conducting the procurement procedure the list of documents specified in clause 5.1. of the documentation to the TP. In case of non-timely submission by the applicant of the documentation listed in clause 5.1, the organizer has the right not to consider him as an applicant.
