Two-stage purchase procedure
The procedure is held in two stages. At Stage 1 the bidders need to upload the file with the proposal based on requirements specified in the documentation for prequalification of bidders. On the basis of received proposals the organizer makes decision on allowing to the bidders access to the next stage (Stage 2).

Payment terms:It is preferable to pay 100% upon the fact of services rendered with a deferred payment of 60 K. D. (we are ready to consider the contractor's proposal).
Delivery terms:On the territory of the Customer, the work is carried out in the conditions of existing production, at hazardous industrial facilities, at altitude. Comments:
The submitted proposal within the first stage should consist of a technical part certified by the signature of the head with a seal impression. In the technical part, the list and composition of works must be specified and it is not allowed to specify any information related to the commercial part (total cost, unit prices, payment terms, etc.) The offer must strictly correspond to the data indicated on the electronic platform. If there is a discrepancy between the data in the attached KP and the completed electronic form on the site, the electronic form takes precedence. In case of non-compliance with the above requirements, the KP will be rejected. In case of providing false information, a potential service provider may be suspended from participating in the Procurement, and if the unreliability of the information provided is revealed after the conclusion of the Contract, such a contract may be terminated. The Company has the right to choose an Offer that does not have the lowest price, as well as accept or reject any Offer in whole or in part, as well as reject all Offers with or without explanation, as well as cancel the purchase at any stage, including after selecting the Winner.
