Payment terms:
The cost of work should include the Contractor's costs for:
• Mobilization and demobilization of personnel and equipment to the place of basing (g. Noyabrsk, Novy Urengoy, Nizhnevartovsk, Raduzhny) work and vice versa.
• All costs of transport and mechanization equipment involved in the production of work.
• Travel expenses: per diem, meals;
• All types of work permits (licenses, certificates (permits), permits.
• Payment for work performed is carried out within 90, but not less than 60 calendar days from the date of submission of the certificate of work and the original invoice of the counterparty.
• Provision of material and technical resources (spare parts, materials, etc.) is carried out by the Contractor, by prior agreement with the Customer, according to a separate calculation.
• The customer provides:
- a trip to the dining room and eating,
- check-in and dormitory accommodation,
- the Contractor’s return trip to the Contractor’s base point.
Payment with deferred payment upon completion of work, within 90 calendar days, but not earlier than 60 calendar days.
Delivery terms:
Provision of services for maintenance, repair, installation of electrical equipment and fire alarms, including the warning system (SUE) of mobile wagons, carried out at the request of the Customer, at the place of equipment base.
List of serviced objects:
- 3 (three) under the bases located at the fields of the Shapshinsky group, m / r Arktikgaz,
m / r Tagrinskoye;
- three capital bases located in the cities of Noyabrsk (main), Raduzhny (rented), Novy Urengoy (rented)
- three inflatable hangars for equipment repair located at the Customer’s facilities;
- 54 mobile car-houses;
- 10 electrified 20 foot containers.

- Azimut AD-12S-T400-1RP diesel generator - constant power 12 KW, voltage 400/230 V, frequency 50 Hz. - 1 PC.
1. Before starting work, the Contractor is obliged to undergo the necessary briefings for the personnel at the Customer with the provision of all certificates, knowledge testing protocols for health, safety and environmental protection.
2. When a subcontracting organization is involved, responsibility for the improper performance of obligations by the subcontracting organization rests with the Contractor, including payment of penalties, and a copy of the contract with the subcontracting organization must be provided.
Requirements for industrial safety and labor protection:
1. Mandatory availability of the Contractor:
Necessary documents and permits according to the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation in the field of labor protection and industrial safety, Mandatory availability of all types of licenses necessary for this type of work
2. Personnel involved in the provision of work should:
• be trained in all processes and types of work;
• have the appropriate qualifications;
• to be trained and certified in labor protection;
• have experience, skills and ability to conduct work.
3. Managers and specialists must be trained and certified in the field of industrial safety and labor protection.
4. All responsibility for the safe conduct of work, the investigation of incidents, in the event of their occurrence, rests with the Contractor.

2. Participants of this procedure MUST attach all necessary documents to their proposals in electronic form at the same time as they submit the proposal, signed by an authorized person and certified by the seal of the organization participating in this procedure. In case a participant fails to comply with this requirement bidding organizer has the right not to consider such participant's proposal.
Proposals validity period - 30 days at least.
