The quotation must comply with the technical specification and contain the following information:
1. Manufacturer/Reseller
2. Warranty Period/shelf life (for TMSC, works, services, etc.)
3. Cost without VAT per unit of lot (must be specified in Russian rubles)
5. Payment Terms (prepayment or deferred payment, if the prepayment indicate the provision of advance or its absence).
(The Recommended terms of RUSAGRO GC – 100% deferred payment not earlier than 30 (thirty) working days from the date of delivery (service);
6. Indicate the experience of working with the Rusagro GC (or its absence), indicate the experience in the market-how many years.
7. The Proposal must be signed by an authorized person.
