Bids submission deadline
Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
Funds are transferred to the account of the Contractor:
- within 45 calendar days from the date of signing the documents confirming the fulfillment by the counterparty of the obligations under the contract, subject to the receipt of documents for payment drawn up in compliance with the established norms. (except SMEs)
within 15 working days from the date of signing the documents confirming the fulfillment by the counterparty of the obligations under the contract, subject to the receipt of documents for repayment drawn up in compliance with the established norms (for SMEs).

This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.

Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
