Important:
- We sell waste. Proposals for neutralization are not considered.

- Ownership of the exported waste passes to the Buyer at the time of registration of shipping documents on the territory of LLC "Continental Kaluga".

- Offers will be considered only from participants with a completed and signed NDA (Non-disclosure Agreement of Confidential Information) (see attachment).

- Requirements for the form of the contract - in the form of the Seller (contract of sale of waste LLC "Continental Kaluga")
- Be sure to attach the completed form "Information about the partner company" in the form.

- This request for proposals is not an auction or a public tender within the meaning of Articles 447-449, 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. All actions up to the moment of signing the contract with the winner of the competition are considered pre-contractual work and do not impose obligations on the organizer exceeding those listed in the terms of the competition.

Your commercial offer (KP) must contain the following information:
- prices without VAT
- terms of delivery: Pickup from the territory of Continental Kaluga LLC
- price fixing from 01.07.2023 – 30.06.2024
- the validity period of the CP is up to 30.04.2023
- it is necessary to attach a signed KP on the letterhead of the organization
- payment of waste is carried out within 14 calendar days from the date of issuance of the Seller's universal transfer document for the actually shipped volume of waste.
