Payment terms:Payment for the services rendered shall be made within 60 (sixty) calendar days from the date of receipt by the Customer of the Contractor's invoice issued on the basis of the certificate of services rendered signed by the Parties /Universal Transfer Document.

The place of rendering services is located in the Mezen district of the Arkhangelsk region, 135 km northeast of the city of Arkhangelsk. From the city of Arkhangelsk to the GOK named after V. Grib – there is an all–season passage along the gravel road III - in category.

Bidders OF THE PROCEDURE FOR INFORMATION!
1. Acceptance of bids for participation in the procurement procedure takes place on the electronic platform B2B-Center Platform until 04/08/2024 12-00. The bid must be accompanied by a scan of the completed information about the applicant, a scan of the completed qualification questionnaire for the PBiOT with appendices and experience in providing similar services (performing work).
2.The rebidding date will be indicated additionally.
3. The cost of offers is indicated in rubles for the full volume of services provided (work performed) excluding VAT.

Note: this price request is not a Bid Notice of a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Articles 447-449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Articles 1057-1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
