Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Payment for the Services rendered is made with a deferred payment of at least 60 (sixty) and no more than 90 (ninety) calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the acceptance certificate for the services rendered, subject to the submission of the following documents by the Contractor:
a) accounts;
b) the acceptance certificate of the services provided, signed by the Parties;
c) invoices
by transferring funds to the settlement account of the Contractor.
If the contract is concluded with the SME, then the payment term is set in accordance with the requirements of the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
Delivery terms:The total term for the provision of Services is from 03/01/2021 to 02/28/2023 (inclusive).
