The Customer makes payments for the actually rendered services on a monthly basis within 45 calendar days (15 business days for SMEs) from the day the parties sign the acceptance certificate of the work performed (the services rendered) and the Contractor provides the invoice and invoice drawn up in accordance with the requirements of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation , by transferring funds at the details specified by the Contractor
