Requirements to the participants:Участник конкурса должен обладать гражданской правоспособностью в полном объеме для заключения и исполнения Договора (должен быть зарегистрирован в установленном законом порядке), необходимыми профессиональными знаниями, управленческой компетентностью, опытом и репутацией; иметь ресурсные возможности;
Участник конкурса не должен являться неплатежеспособным или банкротом, находится в процессе ликвидации, на имущество Участника конкурса в части, существенной для исполнения договора, не должен быть наложен арест, экономическая деятельность Участника конкурса не должна быть приостановлена;
Желательно иметь опыт оказания аналогичных услуг не менее 3-х лет;
Участник конкурса должен иметь производственные базы и технические возможности для выполнения услуг на предприятиях электроэнергетики и квалифицированного персонала.

Decision of the competitive commission:

  1. For Lot No. 1 the Customer shall accept the proposal from the Supplier ООО "ЭСЛ" and enter into an Agreement for the final price 2 391 664,64 RUB (price excl. of VAT: 2 026 834,44 RUB).
  2. For Lot No. 2 the Customer shall accept the proposal from the Supplier ООО "Информэнергосервис" and enter into an Agreement for the final price 5 046 000,00 RUB (price excl. of VAT: 4 276 271,19 RUB).
