Payment terms:Payment for the services rendered is made by the Customer upon their provision on the basis of the delivery-acceptance certificate of the services rendered, the invoice and invoice of the Contractor within 45 (forty-five) calendar days from the date the Customer signed the delivery-acceptance certificate of the services rendered and submission of documents.

- payment for the services rendered is made by the Customer upon their provision on the basis of the acceptance certificate of the services rendered, the invoice and invoice of the Contractor within 15 (fifteen) working days from the date of the signing by the Customer of the acceptance certificate of the services rendered and the submission of documents.
