Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Payment terms: Payment for services is carried out every month after 45 days from the date of signing by the parties of the Acceptance Certificate of the rendered services on the basis of the invoice issued by the Contractor to the Customer.
Delivery terms:1. The Agreement is concluded for 1 (one) calendar year, from the date of signing of the Agreement and with the possibility of further extension to the next calendar year.
2. The scope of services may be increased or decreased depending on the needs of the Customer.

Comments:
1. In case of non-performance, improper performance or untimely performance by the Contractor of his obligations, he shall pay the Customer a penalty in the amount of 0.05% of the total amount of the contract for each day of delay in performance.
2. The Contractor is obliged to compensate the Customer for any losses or damage caused to the Customer’s property due to the negligence or incompetence of the Contractor’s personnel in full and at their own expense, on the basis of an act signed by the parties.
3. In case of victory, the Contractor is obliged to maintain and comply with all the conditions prescribed in the Documentation for the Request for Proposals (the Documentation includes: Terms of Reference, Commercial Offer, Supplements to the Terms of Reference). In case of full or partial refusal of the conditions of the Request for Proposals and the Documentation for the Request for Proposals, the Contractor shall be fined 5% of the total amount.
4. In case of termination of the contract unilaterally by the Contractor, the Contractor is obliged to notify the Customer in writing not later than 2 (two) calendar months before the date of actual termination of the contract. If the Contractor notifies the Customer later than 2 (two) calendar months later, the Contractor is obliged to find another Contractor on his own and at his own expense, to ensure that the work is performed and paid for at the Customer’s facilities before the end of the Agreement, or the Contractor is obliged to pay the Customer a fine of 1 000 000 rub. (one million rubles).
