Scope of work according to the technical specification.

General Information:
This procedure of request for proposals is not a contest and it is not regulated by articles 447-449 to 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This procedure is also not a public competition and is not regulated by articles 1057-1061 to 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure of request for proposals does not impose on the customer the appropriate volume of civil obligations.

Documents to be loaded:
1) The submitted application for participation should be accompanied by an offer with annexes on the established model and contain the key information on the goods, conditions and terms of delivery offered for delivery.
2) Please read carefully the model version of the contract. The participant has the right to propose a protocol of disagreement, which should be provided as part of the offer. Otherwise it is considered that the participant agrees with the proposed edition.
3) The offer is supplemented with certificates or quality passports, for services in respect of which the procedure of certification or passport is provided.
