Two-stage purchase procedure
The procedure is held in two stages. At Stage 1 the bidders need to upload the file with the proposal based on requirements specified in the documentation for prequalification of bidders. On the basis of received proposals the organizer makes decision on allowing to the bidders access to the next stage (Stage 2).

The Organizer has set a requirement as to the supplier's not being recorded in the register of mala fide suppliers. Supplier's compliance with this requirement shall be checked by the Organizer on their own.

Payment terms:customer pays for the services provided by transferring the funds to the settlement account specified in the agreement by the executor on the 28th of the fourth month following the reporting, on the basis of the invoice issued by the executor, the Act on rendering Services (annex № 4 to the draft Treaty) signed by both Parties. If the date of payment coincides with the weekend or holiday, the payment date is transferred to the next nearest business Day. The reporting period under the contract is 1 calendar month.
