Обоснование: В соответствии с п.4.6.5 закупочной документации, в случае если принято решение об отказе в допуске к участию в запросе предложений всех участников закупки или о допуске к участию в закупке и признании участником запроса предложений только одного участника запроса предложений, запрос предложений признается несостоявшимся.
В соответствии с п.4.7.5 Заказчик вправе отказаться от заключения договора после подведения итогов по запросу предложений.
Закупочная комиссия приняла решение признать ООО "МИР ПЛЮС" единственным участником запроса предложений без последующего заключения с ним договора.
