The Contractor provides the Customer with duly executed documents: The conclusion of the preliminary technical examination of the vehicle design (before installation) and the Safety inspection Protocol of the vehicle design with changes made to the design (after installation), issued by an accredited testing laboratory, certificates of Form 2-A, 2-B, Declaration Statement, and also provides the relevant certificates on the installed equipment;
2. The contractor makes changes to the registration documents of the car in the MREO of the traffic police;
3. The contractor performs the installation of automotive HBO:
- Installation of the engine compartment;
- Installation of the cylinder assembly;
- Installation of pipelines;
- Checking the tightness and crimping of the system;
- Pre-configuration of equipment operation;
- Fine tuning of the equipment (programming, etc.).
4. The Contractor instructs the Customer's personnel on the rules of operation of gas cylinder equipment on the car, the rules of use of the gas station, issues documents on the instruction, provides instructions on labor protection during operation of cars running on gas fuel;
5. The contractor provides warranty (scheduled) maintenance of gas cylinder equipment on the car within one year from the date of commissioning of the equipment.

The contractor is obliged to provide the service on its own. Involvement of third parties is allowed only with the prior written permission of the Customer.
By submitting an offer (offer), the Contractor guarantees that he is a bona fide taxpayer. At the request of the Customer, the contractor is obliged to provide tax reports for the last reporting period, certified by the tax authority.
If there is no tax reporting or does not allow to verify the Contractor's integrity with a sufficient degree of confidence, the Customer has the right to request other documents confirming the possibility of independent provision of services by the Contractor, including, but not limited to: an extract from the staffing table with attached copies of employment contracts of persons involved in the performance of work, information about the ownership or lease of: office, warehouse, industrial premises, equipment /tools/mechanisms, vehicles.
If the specified documents are not provided, the Customer has the right to reject the offer (offer).
