4. Participation in the tender means the consent of the participants to sign as annexes to the contract without modification:
- tax clause (attached to bidding);
- Consent to disclose trade secrets (attached to bidding);
- sanction clause (attached to bidding).
The contract template will be used by the winning counterparty, BUT with adjustments by Tambov Bacon LLC
5. To conclude the contract, the participant must ensure the provision of a full package of statutory documents in accordance with Appendix No. 1 to this tender.
