Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:Payment for the System maintenance services rendered in the reporting period is made by the Customer within 35 (Thirty-five) working days following the reporting period, based on the following circumstances and documents:
- invoices for payment;
- signed by the Parties of the act of delivery and acceptance of the rendered technical support services for the reporting period;
- an invoice issued in accordance with the requirements established by the legislation on taxes and fees;
- approval by the Customer of the service report.
Delivery terms:In accordance with the procurement documentation, annexes No. 3, No. 4 to the procurement documentation.
