Payment terms:total cost of services under this agreement is contractual and is determined by the effective tariffs agreed by the parties in the price set out in annex 1 hereto. The size of cost of services can be changed by the executor during the Treaty when changing the pricing factors, changes are processed by drafting and signing an additional agreement. The customer pays the cost of works within 90 (ninety) calendar days from the moment of signing by the Parties Act work performed by cashless transfer of funds to the account of the Executive Director, subject to the Executive billing invoices for payment.
