Bids submission deadline
Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
Terms of payment: payment for the Services is carried out by bank transfer by transferring an advance in the amount of 30% of the total amount of the agreement, within 10 (ten) calendar days from the date of signing the Agreement.
The Customer shall pay for the rest of the services rendered within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the act on the provision of services for the reporting month and the invoice submitted by the Contractor reflecting the cost of the Services provided, minus the amount of the advance.
Venue of bidding:
This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.

Documentation relating to this call for bids is available in e-form free of charge at B2B-Center e-marketplace (www.b2b-center.ru) starting from the date the call for bids is published.
Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
