Auto-extension

Payment terms:The calculation for the work performed is based on the acts of KS-2 and certificate KS-3. The Customer reimburses the Contractor for the increase in the cost of basic materials, using mutually agreed indices and coefficients.
2.3 The Contractor pays for the work performed on the facilities within 95% (ninety-five percent) of the cost of the work performed, indicated in the certificate of the cost of the work performed and in the form of KS-3, within 90 (ninety) calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the documents .
