Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.
Assignment of the 1st rank (position) to a bid does not imply the bidder's winning, but enhances the bid's preferability for the Buyer when selecting the winner, all other factors being equal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Mandatory conditions for the CONTRACTUAL counterparty: (adjusted if necessary)
Payment terms - non-cash payment form, 100% post-payment, after 60 calendar days from the expiration of the 3-month period established by clause 13 of Resolution No. 2010 of December 3, 2020, calculated from the date the Customer submits reports on compliance with waste disposal standards to the authorized state body (subject to the Supplier providing the Customer with the originals correctly executed in in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation of primary accounting documents (invoices, invoices, UPD))
Guarantee - according to the standard contract (provided on request), unless otherwise specified in the Requirements Specification
Installation of containers for separate waste collection (RSO) at the Customer's facilities, according to the address program agreed upon at the stage of conclusion of the contract
Readiness to conduct an on-site audit of the waste disposal facility, with mandatory photo and video recording of the production process
Consent of the Contractual counterparty to sign the standard form of the contract (available on request)
Completeness of the provision of documents specified in the Requirements Specification

Participation is free of charge

The Call for Bidding Bidder may repeatedly improve their price offers until the bid submission deadline.

Affiliated (related) persons cannot participate in the procurement procedure at the same time. Otherwise, it is considered as a restriction of competition and is the basis for withdrawing all affiliated Bidders from participation in the procurement procedure.
