Delivery terms:
1. Used pneumatic automobile tires are delivered by the Customer by rail from the departure station to the destination station.
2. From the destination station to the waste collection point by the Contractor’s transport at the expense of the Customer.
Comments: 1. Signing of the contract within 5 days as amended by PJSC "Korshunovsky GOK" (see procurement documentation).
2. This procedure is not a tender or a public offer and is not subject to Articles 447-449 and 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The buyer has the right to refuse all proposals received without imposing liability.

15. Copies of documents confirming the election and appointment of a person acting on behalf of a legal entity without a power of attorney (order of appointment and minutes of the meeting of authorized bodies on election (appointment).
16. A copy of the power of attorney for the right to sign, in case the documents are signed by the representative by proxy.
17. Internal corporate approvals (minutes of the general meeting of shareholders / board of directors / general meeting of participants); a document confirming the existence of a decision (approval) on the side of the body established by the legislation of the Russian Federation on the conclusion of a major transaction, drawn up in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.
