Payment terms:Payment for the cost of services for the implementation of a unified electronic archive and document management system for the needs upon completion of certain stages of work in accordance with the project plan, which will be determined after the selection of the supplier, is made by the Customer, on the basis of a signed Acceptance Certificate of the services rendered within 10 (ten) working days from the date of receipt by the Customer of the original invoice issued by The performer.
Payment is made by the Customer in
a non-cash form by transferring funds to the Contractor's current account
specified in the details of the Agreement. The payment date is the date when funds are debited from
the Customer's account.
