Auto-extension

Payment terms:
the cost should include all direct and indirect costs that may be incurred by the performer of the execution of works and provision of services to the customer.
Payment for services and construction stages # 1-2, is carried out upon completion of each phase, within 30 (thirty) banking days after the parties sign an act of acceptance phase in the amount of 50% of the value of the phase.
The remaining 50% of the cost of phases # 1-6 paid by the customer within 30 (thirty) banking days after the parties sign all acts of acceptance stages # 1-2.
Payment for services phase # 3 (maintenance) is performed on a quarterly basis within 30 (thirty) banking days after the signing by the parties of the taking over certificate for the reporting period.

Comments: Party request for proposals must provide:
1. Commercial offer, stamped and signed by an authorized representative of participant:
• detailed estimates for each stage split works;
• purchasing options and license renewal;
• preliminary project schedule;
2. Application form information. Documents confirming the information.
3. The participant's Portfolio, reflecting his experience in providing services and key projects with an indication of contact persons and data for the connection.
4. Consent to the processing and transfer of your personal data (to be completed by the head of the party, passport copy of which is available as part of an offer).
5. Advisory/letters from customers (if available).
For legal entities:
6. a certificate of State registration;
7. Certificate of registration with the tax authority;
8. Decision (Protocol) on the establishment, Foundation Agreement (if any);
9. the Charter as amended and all changes thereto (if any);
10. document confirming the authority of the head of the party;
11. passport of the leader of the party;
12. document confirming the authority of the person who signed the application for participation;
13. information on the average number of employees for the previous calendar year (CPV form 1110018) with a copy of the notification of delivery reports;
14. notice of the possibility of the application of a party to the simplified system of taxation (if applicable).
For individual entrepreneurs:
15. Certificate of registration of an individual entrepreneur in the unified State Register of individual entrepreneurs;
16. Certificate of registration of tax registration;
17. Documents certifying the identity of the party.
Documents in terms of their design and content must conform to the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation.
Documents, including the texts of seals in foreign languages must be presented to the Russian sealed (if available) and signed by the Party or by his authorized representative.
Documents are provided in the copies certified by signature and stamp (if available).
This procedure the request for proposals is not a competition, it is not governed by articles 447-449 of part one of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This RFP procedure is not a public tender and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Part 2, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer.
