Dear ladies and gentlemen,
PJSC MegaFon hereby invites interested legal entities to participate in the Preliminary Qualification Selection of Suppliers to participate in the procurement procedure in the format of a Price Request.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION:

1. Subject of Call for Bidding: Provision of services to restore the operability of subscriber equipment (referbishmenttv-set-top boxes and Wi-Fi routers) for PJSC MegaFon.

2. The deadline for accepting bids for participation is until 15:00 (Moscow time) on December 08, 2023 inclusive.

3. To participate in the preliminary qualification selection, you must provide:
• Bid to participate in the Price Request. A scanned copy of the completed Appendix No. 1 to this Bid Notice with the seal of the organization and the signature of the responsible person.
• General information about the Supplier. A scanned copy of the completed Appendix No. 2 to this Bidden Notice with the seal of the organization and the signature of the responsible person.
• Questionnaire for qualification selection. Completed Appendix 3 to this Bid Notice.
