Instructions for submitting proposals:
in the "Price List" file, the "Price List" tab contains information on the presentation of services, with reference prices (prices for reference) - the participant makes an offer for each position and indicates the coefficient
PRICES ARE INDICATED WITHOUT VAT. In this tab, you specify the prices for services and coefficients.
You should pay attention to the frequency of replacement "2 times a week": the service "2 times a week" is paid once and includes two replacements of one carpet within one week. Therefore, in the column "The proposed cost of rubles, excluding VAT" it is necessary to specify the price for two replacements.

The "Total result of the competition" tab contains the necessary summary information on lots, price data excluding VAT. In column C, the final value is displayed (the amount of the cost of the Lot, taking into account the coefficient. – after filling in the Columns "The proposed cost of rubles, without VAT" and "Coefficients" in the "Price List" tab), which must be indicated on the ETP for the corresponding Lot - the price is entered without VAT.
At the stages of re-bidding (in the case of an announcement), updated information is also entered from the column From the "Total for the competition" tab after adjusting the costs/coefficients.

Confirmation of the FINAL price offer is carried out by the application of the calculation file with the preservation of all sheets.
Name and requirement for downloadable documentation:
General requirements.
Each electronic document must be:
- easy to read;
- saved to a separate file, while a document containing one page is saved to a separate file, and a document containing several pages and appendices should also be grouped into one file (for example, the Charter should not be scanned in separate pages, but in one file (PDF file in black and white format);
- have a name (abbreviated) corresponding to its content;
- the name of each file should indicate its content, the name of the counterparty.

What to upload to the ETP
1. A certified scanned copy of the final offer "Price List", each sheet is signed and stamped and signed, in pdf format, one file and in Excel format;
2. A partner's card indicating the current contact details of the person responsible for providing information in this procedure, full name, contact phone number, e-mail – required;
3. A completed and certified file "Qualification requirements" (in case of refusal to accept 1 of these points will be additionally considered for disqualification of the applicant), letters of recommendation from customers
4. Charter, INN, KPP
5. An order for the current head
6.Counterparty verification Questionnaire
Documentation from the participant must meet the general requirements for downloadable documentation.
This request for proposals procedure is not an auction or a tender, does not fall under the scope of Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and does not entail legal obligations for the Customer to choose a supplier.
