Instructions for submitting offers:
in the "Price List" file, the "Price List" tab contains information on the presentation of services, with reference prices (prices for a reference point) - the Bidder makes an offer for each item and indicates the coefficient
PRICES ARE INDICATED WITHOUT VAT. In this tab, you specify prices for services and coefficients.
The "Total result of the competition" tab contains the necessary summary information on lots, price data excluding VAT. In column C, the final value is displayed (the amount of the cost of the Lot, taking into account the coefficient. – after filling in the Columns "The proposed cost in rubles, excluding VAT" and "Coefficients" in the "Price List" tab), which must be indicated on the E-Marketplaces for the corresponding Lot – the price is entered without VAT.
At the rebidding stages (in the case of an announcement), updated information is also entered from the column from the "Total" tab after adjusting the values/coefficients.
Confirmation of the FINAL price offer is carried out by the application of the calculation file with the preservation of all sheets.
Name and requirements for downloadable documentation:
General requirements.
Each electronic document must be:
- easy to read;
- saved to a separate file, while a document containing one page is saved to a separate file, and a document containing several pages and appendices should also be grouped into one file (for example, the Charter should not be scanned in separate pages, but in one file (PDF file in black and white format);
- have a name (abbreviated) corresponding to its content;
- the name of each file should indicate its content, the name of the counterparty.

What to upload to E-Marketplace
1. Certified scanned copy of the final offer "Price List", each sheet is signed and stamped and signed, in pdf format, one file and in Excel format;
2. A partner card indicating the current contact details of the person responsible for providing information in this procedure, full name (in full), contact phone number, e-mail – required;
3. The completed and certified file "Qualification requirements" (in case of refusal to accept 1 of these items will be additionally considered to disqualify the applicant), letters of recommendation from customers
4. Charter, TIN, KPP
5. An order for the current manager
6.Counterparty verification questionnaire
Documentation from the Bidder must necessarily meet the general requirements for downloadable documentation.
This request for proposals procedure is not an auction or a tender, does not fall under the scope of Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and does not entail legal obligations for the Customer to choose a supplier.
