Bidders can submit their proposals for certain lots of the call for bids, but necessarily for all the items within a selected lot

Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Payment is made by the Customer on a monthly basis within 30 (thirty) banking days from the date of signing by the Parties of the Act of Completed/Services rendered for the billing month and the provision of a full set of primary documents.
Payment for the Additional Works according to estimates shall be made by the Customer upon completion of the Works within 30 (thirty) banking days from the date of signing the Certificate of Completion by the Parties (according to unified form KS-2) and a certificate of the cost of work performed and costs (according to the unified form KS-3) and the provision of a full set of primary documents.

2. Procedure for carrying out the procedure.
1. The Procedure stage will be held electronically at the B2B-Center Group ETP (www.b2b-center.ru).
2. Procedure stage - closed collection of KP, negotiations with companies selected based on the results of Stage 1. The dates will be notified by an additional e-mail newsletter.

This request for proposals procedure is not an auction or a tender, does not fall under Article 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and does not entail legal obligations for the Customer at his choice supplier.

You must provide:
1. Signed KP (provided on the company letterhead in Excel and PDF format with the date, signature of the authorized person and the seal of the organization) (Appendix No. 5);
2. Completed participant form (provided on the company letterhead in WORD and PDF formats with the signature of the authorized person and the seal of the organization) (Appendix No. 6);
3. Scanned copy of the OGRN certificate,
4. .Staffing schedule signed and stamped,
5. Recommendation letters, certified by the seal of customers of at least 2 large Customers,
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
