Payment terms:Payment terms for Participants who are small and medium-sized businesses: the maximum payment period for the delivered goods (work performed, services rendered) under the contract (a separate stage of the contract) concluded as a result of the procurement should be no more than 15 working days from the date of fulfillment of obligations under the contract (a separate stage of the contract).
For all other Participants: a deferral of payment for the work performed is carried out by the Customer for a period of 60 calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the primary document confirming the acceptance by the Customer of the Contractor's fulfillment of its obligations under the contract, but not earlier than the fifteenth day of the month in which payment is made, subject to availability the invoice of the Contractor.
