Bidders can submit their proposals for certain lots of the call for bids, but necessarily for all the items within a selected lot

Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Auto-extension

Mandatory requirements for Bidders:
1. Terms of payment: 100% Deferral of payment after 60 calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the Act of delivery and acceptance of completed works (if not, specify otherwise)
2. Confirm the fulfillment of the production rate by type of work, according to the file "Appendix "No. 1 (normalization)"
3. Confirm agreement with the terms of the Requirements Specification
4. Confirm the provision of workers with overalls, special shoes and personal protective equipment (masks, gloves)
5. Confirm the delivery of workers to the Customer's facility by the specified start/end time of work
6. Confirm the availability of valid medical books from the involved personnel
7. Confirm the availability of work experience at such facilities
8. Provide a reference list
9. Specify the validity period of the Commercial Proposal

Participation is free of charge
E-Signature is not required
The Call for Bidding Bidder may repeatedly improve their price offers until the bid submission deadline.

Affiliated (related) persons cannot participate in the procurement procedure at the same time. Otherwise, it is considered as a restriction of competition and is the basis for withdrawing all affiliated Bidders from participation in the procurement procedure.
