The Bidder of this Bidding procedure must provide the following documents:
1. Commercial offer in the form attached to the tender.
On the E-Marketplace and in the Commercial Proposal, indicate the price per 1m cubic meters.
2. Companies that do not have experience working with Rusagro Group of Companies - a reference list for similar projects in the form attached to the tender.
3. Package of documents according to the mandatory list attached to the tender.
4. Participation in the tender means the Bidder's consent to sign the standard form of the Rusagro Group contract without making changes. The template of the standard form is attached to the tender.
In the absence of a complete set of documents, your bid will not be considered!

We remind you that the price is the most significant, but not the only criterion for evaluating the offer. When choosing the winner, the tender commission takes into account a number of the following criteria: compliance with the Requirements Specifications, delivery time / fulfillment, warranty, price, advance /postpaid, advance payment, business reputation and work experience, readiness to work under a standard contract.
