Payment terms:Payment for the services for the disposal of drill cuttings, waste drilling mud, drilling wastewater is made within 120 calendar days, on the basis of a signed Certificate of Completion and an invoice of the established form, as well as documents (copies of acceptance certificates, etc.) confirming the delivery of waste for disposal / neutralization.

This request for quotation procedure is not a tender procedure. The Organizer has the right to refuse all received offers for any reason or to terminate the request for quotations at any time, without incurring any liability to the Suppliers !!!

MANDATORY acceptance of the contract as amended by the Customer attached to the PURCHASING DOCUMENTATION!

The application of the commercial proposal on the letterhead is required. Specify contact cell. phone of the representative who formed the com. sentence.

1. Successful work experience at the facilities of JSC "Orenburgneft".
2. Availability of passes and other permits for the implementation of work on the extraction, removal and disposal of drilling waste. (drill cuttings, waste drilling mud, drilling waste water) from the facilities of JSC "Orenburgneft".
3. The Contractor undertakes to equip the special equipment with GPS trackers and, at the request of the Customer, provide data on the movement of the special equipment.
4. Conclusion of a framework agreement.
5. Conclusion of the SEE.
6. Fixed density of waste:
- drill cuttings 1.6 t / m3
- drilling mud 1.16 t / m3
