Payment terms:Payment for the disposal of drilling sludge and mud shall be made within 90 days from the date of the invoice issued by the Contractor on the basis of the signed Work Certificate of the established form, as well as documents (copies of the "Drilling Waste Disposal Act No. 2", copies of certificates on registration of vehicles involved in the transportation of waste drilling, etc.) confirming the disposal of drilling waste for recycling/neutralization.
Delivery terms:At the location of the objects in the Orenburg region, at the production sites of JSC "Orenburgneft".

Comments:
1. AVAILABILITY OF ACCREDITATION IN ORENBURGNEFT JSC
2. Acceptance of the performed works is executed by the Act based on the results of measurement of the volume of the earth barns with the participation of representatives of the Subsoil User, the Customer and the Contractor. The resulting calculations of waste volumes are converted to tons by applying coefficients corresponding to the types of waste (drilling sludge, rig).

3. Drilling waste is collected and transported by the Contractor.
4. The Contractor shall ensure that the vehicle bodies are leakproof to transport drilling waste.
Contractor has the right of ownership or other legal right (rent, leasing) of equipment intended to perform work in accordance with the subject of purchase of waste management services drilling, formed during drilling of production wells, in the amount necessary to perform the work that is the subject of purchase. The equipment necessary for the provision of services is understood as:
- excavator; $
- dump truck;
- vacuum tanker unit; $
- capacitive park of temporary storage devices (mobile inventory) for reception and storage of drilling waste (capacity not less than 10 m3). The vehicles transporting drilling waste must be marked, equipped and must have the appropriate permits required for the carriage of dangerous goods in the in accordance with the Rules of transportation of goods by road, approved by the Resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation dated 15.04.2011 №272.
Requirements for dump trucks:
- availability of the tarmac body of the calibration scale (1 division = 1 m3) on the inside and outside of the vehicle body to determine the volume of shipped drilling waste, products;
- dump trucks carrying out transportation shall have a leakproof, heated, spanning body without loss of cargo. Contractor has personnel (regular or contracted) with professional training confirmed by certificates (certificates) for working with hazardous wastes I-IV hazard class, in the amount necessary for the provision of drilling waste disposal services.
5. The waste collection facility shall be equipped with a load weight.$
6. Place weighing transport to provide a video camera with an overview of the mass of waste.
7. Provide access to the video material to the Customer in order to control the amount of incoming waste.
8. The Contractor undertakes to carry out works on recycling/neutralization of drilling waste without involvement of third parties;
9. The Contractor undertakes to apply a technical/technology of disposal or neutralization, which has a positive conclusion of the state environmental expertise;
10. The existence of a license to carry out activities on collection, transportation, treatment, disposal, disposal, disposal of wastes I - IV hazard classes (conformity of waste names and their codes FKCO, planned for transfer with a list of waste names that may be accepted by this organization in accordance with the annex to the license);
11. The Contractor undertakes to equip special equipment with GPS-trackers and to provide data on the movement of special equipment at the request of the Customer.
12. The Customer shall conduct on-site monitoring of drilling waste disposal works on a monthly basis, and the Contractor shall not prevent it;
13. After the delivery of the drilling waste to the Contractor, the "Certificate of reception — transfer of drilling waste for recycling/neutralization No. 1" is drawn up, and after the Executor has carried out the recycling and disposal of the drilling waste. is drawn up "Drilling Waste Disposal Certificate No. 2", which is the basis for payment of works by the Customer to the Contractor. "Acceptance act — transfer of drilling waste for recycling/neutralization No. 1" is not a basis for payment of works;
14. Technical audit of the company on recycling/neutralization of drilling waste, the Customer is carried out according to the established "Checklist" (attached);
15. At the request of the Customer, the Contractor shall submit copies of the documents specified in the "Checklist".

This price request procedure is not a competition procedure. The Organizer has the right to refuse all offers received for any reason or to terminate the procedure for requesting prices at any time without incurring any liability to the Suppliers!
