Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Payment is made within 60 calendar days after rendering of services of removal from-moves of 1-4 hazard classes from the territory of JSC "Plant RTHIS and signing of the Act of executed works
Delivery terms:Validity Period of the contract: The Contract comes into force from the moment of signing and is valid for 12 months.
Term and procedure of rendering of services: Within 3 (three) business days from the moment of receiving the application for the Customer's need.
Waste disposal is carried out 5 -6 times a year.
The Customer has the right to refuse services in case of lack of need. Thus, in case of non-signing by both parties of the application for need, the Executor does not have an obligation to perform such service, and the Customer does not have an obligation to pay them.
