Payment terms:
Work on removal and disposal of sand with petroleum impurities, with oil sludge impurities appearing after cleaning of tanks and pipelines at Vostochno-Vuemsky License Block, Nefteyugansky District, Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous District - Yugra shall be paid in 100% amount of the total value of the work performed and accepted by the Customer within the period not earlier than 45 (forty five) calendar days, but not later than 60 (sixty) calendar days after signing of reporting documents by the parties provided for by the agreement and executed in accordance with the agreement and the current legislation.
