An application submitted by a participant who is a small and medium-sized business entity who has proposed payment terms in the Application for more than 15 working days may be accepted by the Purchasing Commission and will be considered as an Application with a deferred payment of 15 working days.
The participant has the right to offer his own terms of payment.

- A letter refusing further claims due to the fact that the offer is not submitted at the auction by the Participant (in free form on the company's letterhead with the signature of an authorized person).
