The price should be carried out according to the estimate, decrypting the price of spare parts, materials, and the hour.

SUBLOADED DOCUMENTS:
1) The application to participate should be accompanied by TKP with annexes and contain key information on the amount of services provided, conditions and terms of service delivery, information on the implementation of similar projects, permitting documents for services under this procurement procedure, etc. Detailed requirements are set out in the TECHNICAL TASK.
2) Please read carefully the model version of the service contract, the Participant is entitled to propose a disagreement protocol to be provided as part of the Offer OR Member has the right to propose own version contract of service. If there are no proposals for a protocol of disagreement or contract, the Member is deemed to agree to the drafting of the contract of services proposed by the Organizer procedures.

GENERAL INFORMATION:
This procedure of requesting proposals is not a contest and it is not governed by articles 447-449 of Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This procedure is also not a public competition and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Therefore, this request for proposals procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligation on the customer.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
