Deferral of payment 90 calendar days after the signing of the certificate of completion on both sides.

Bids in the System must be submitted during the period from the moment of posting information about the procurement to the expiration of the terms specified in the Notice of the request for commercial proposals (in accordance with clause 6.1.2. Purchasing documentation).
