Payment terms:Payment for rendered Services is made in the following order:
not less than 60 and not more than 90 calendar days from the moment of signing by both Parties of the act of acceptance and transfer of rendered services, subject to submission by the Contractor of the following documents:
(a) Accounts;
b) the act of handover and acceptance of rendered services signed by the Parties;
c) invoices.
by transferring funds to the Contractor's current account, or in other ways that do not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation.
If the contract is concluded with the SMSP, the payment term is established in accordance with the current legislation.
