Vladivostok branch of TD Polymetal LLC invites you to take part in the procurement procedure for the provision of services for the hourly operation of a vacuum tanker truck for the transportation of solid waste at the Svetloye deposit in the period from 04/01/2024 to 12/31/2026. (Khabarovsk Territory, Okhotsk district, site Light).

1. Detailed requirements for this project are reflected in the bid documentation:
- "Offer cards" form to fill out;
- terms of reference with applications;
- draft agreement with appendices;
- list of requirements for the composition of Commercial Proposals.

2. To participate in this procurement procedure, all tabs of the "Offer Card" form must be filled in.

3. Proposals submitted without the documentation specified in the list of requirements for the composition of the Commercial Proposal will not be accepted for consideration.

4. The main criteria for choosing the best offer:
- compliance of the commercial offer with the requirements of the Requirements Specification;
- availability of the necessary documents in accordance with the Requirements Specification and the requirements of the bid documentation;
- experience of similar work;
- terms and cost of work;
- agreement with the draft agreement;
- terms of payment;
- the quality of filling out bid documentation.

5. This request for proposal procedure is not a tender, a public tender and its conduct is not regulated by Articles 447-449, 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
Thus, this offer request procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Customer.

6. The draft contract is not a public offer, however, its terms will be binding on the winner.
