Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
The payment procedure for postal services is advance payment by the Customer making up to the 1st (first) day of each month of prepayment by the Customer on the account of the Contractor, broken down by postal services to be provided in the reporting period in accordance with the Terms of Service, which are annexed to this Agreement, and a separate allocation of franking fees in the amount of 100% of the cost of planned services for the current month at the tariffs in force at the time the services were started (including on the date of delivery of mail). Payment for services or products (including payment for state-funded civil liability) is made by the Customer on the basis of the Contractor's account no later than 3 (three) banking days from the date of receipt of the invoice, but no later than 1 (first) day of the reporting month in which the provision of services is planned.

This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.

Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
