Auto-extension

Payment terms:The Customer pays for the actually rendered Services within a period of at least 60 (sixty) and no more than 90 (ninety) calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the Acceptance Certificate for the services rendered. If the Contractor has the status of an SME, payment for the actually rendered Services is carried out within 15 working days from the moment the Parties sign the Acceptance Certificate for the services rendered, by transferring funds to the Contractor's account or in other ways that do not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation.
