Comments:
1. More detailed information is set out in the terms of reference.

2. A commercial offer must be sent:
1. A completed offer card and annexes to it;
2. Detailed calculation of the cost of work;
3. Price list for spare parts and consumables, taking into account the most complete list of required materials;
4. Scanned copies of the Contractor's documentation according to the attached list;
5. Reference list about the experience of similar work, reviews, recommendations.
6. Protocol of disagreements to the Customer's agreement, if any.

7. Criteria for choosing the best offer: availability of the necessary documents for conducting business, work experience, quality, terms of work, cost, payment terms.

8. This RFP procedure is not a tender and is not subject to Articles 447-449, Section 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;

9. This procedure is also not a public tender and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1061, Section 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
Thus, this request for proposal procedure does not impose on the Customer the corresponding volume of civil obligations.

10. The attached Agreement is not a public offer, however, the terms of the Agreement will be binding on the winner of the auction.
